Being registered with Uganda Medical Association
License/ registration certificate (UMDPC or it’s equivalent)
Minimum UMA SACCO membership requirement of UgX. 170,000.
It includes:
– UgX. 100,000 as the first share.
– UgX. 20,000 UMA SACCO minimum savings.
– UgX. 50,000 UMA SACCO membership fees (paid once)
Passport size photo.
